Aphrodite, France

A quiet naturist village in the Roussillon area of the South of France. The resort is located on a four-mile strip of land surrounded by sandy beaches and a large salt lake.

A self contained village, including a shop, restaurant, take away, boutique for souvenirs, newsagents and laundry.

The season runs from early June to mid-September. A post office, further shops and bistros can be found yearround in the old village of Leucate, some four miles away.

Facilities include a fresh-water swimming pool, three tennis courts, a boating marina and windsurfing. There is textile horse riding and sailing at nearby Port Leucate. Accommodation is self-catering studios and apartments that sleep from 2 to 6 persons.
