Resort: Macher and Tias - Lanzarote Villa Elephante Blanco is situated in a stunning rural and secure location between Macher and La Asomada, the most sought after areas on Lanzarote. Ten minutes drive from the airport at Arrecife. 5 minutes from the new Lanzarote Golf complex between Tias and Puerto Del Carmen. A private and unrivalled estate. Stunning 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Naturist owners. No neighbours in any direction. Arguably the best positioned villa on Lanzarote. The property offers two accommodation choices. The MAIN VILLA sleeping 8 and the COURTYARD ANNEX sleeping 4.

MAIN VILLA: Fabulous views to all directions. Spacious with luxury fixtures & fittings throughout.

BEDROOM ONE: Air Conditioned. Overlooks swimming pool. Exceptional views. Steps from this room give direct access to swimming pool and large sun terraces. King sized double bed. Adjacent room with pine bunk beds. Large fitted pine wardrobe.

BEDROOM TWO: Air Conditioned. Views over the mountains. Large room with king sized double bed plus two single beds on unusual mezzanine floor above. (Not suitable for young children due to interior design.) Fitted wardrobe.

BEDROOM THREE: Views to the south. Galleried twin-bedded room with extensive modern fitted wardrobes. Two modern, light, well-appointed bathrooms one with luxury sunken round bath and views to the mountains. Spacious central split-level lounge. Large luxury modern fitted kitchen with marble worktops & doors leading to outside balcony.

Separate large TV room with satellite system & flat screen TV. Stunning views in all directions. Outside balconies.

Training/exercise room with eliptical trainer and equipment. Two off- road bicycles and body boards are included. Laundry room.

Internal designer spiral staircase leads down from the MAIN HOUSE to a wine cellar in the rocks and then through a connecting door to the rear of the second part of the property.

THE COURTYARD ANNEX: Sleeps four. Self-contained villa with its own front terrace doors. Entry can also be via the spiral staircase from the MAIN HOUSE.

The COURTYARD ANNEX is available for rental in addition to, or separate from, the MAIN HOUSE.

One king size double-bedded room with modern en-suite and one twin bedded room with adjacent modern bath/shower room. Air Conditioned, both for cooling & for heating. Modern fully fitted kitchen with marble worktops. Everything you will need is made available. Large central dining area leads to split level lounge with Sat TV & DVD/CD system. Outstanding views to the south and to the mountains inland.

Outside there are exceptional views of Lanzarote and beyond. Large pergola-shaded marble floored ballustraded veranda terraces. Extensive sunbathing terraces offering sun all day from dawn till dusk. The villa is wonderfully peaceful, with 3000+ square metres of garden with no neighbours.

Both (or either) parts of the villa come with the use of the secluded heated swimming pool with roman steps, the outside sunken Jacuzzi and barbecue with Moroccan chimney. On-site parking. Entry phone system. Car hire essential. The villas and grounds are in an elevated position and not overlooked. Clothes are not needed anywhere. Entire site is 4070 M2 of which 475 M2 is built.

The property will suit writers and artists seeking total tranquility, peace and perhaps inspiration. Will also suit family groups - lots of places to explore! Not ideally suited for disabled persons nor very young children.
