Villa El Roque, El Cotillo, Fuerteventura

EL COTILLO – is a beautiful fishing village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. The village boasts some of the best seafood restaurants on the island, has the best sunsets and is a haven for artists and sun-lovers. Naturists / nudists love this laid back getaway with its countless coves, shallow water lagoons, beautiful scenery and most of all peace and quiet.

El Cotillo village is divided into two parts, on the left is the wild beach where the surfers and windsurfers play. On the right are the quiet lagoons and sandy coves which is ideal for families with children who can play in the warm shallow water. El Cotillo benefits from all year round sunshine with few cloudy days and very little rainfall.

Villa El Roque is brand new and extremely spacious. It benefits from 4 large bedrooms 4 bathrooms and has the unique feature of an indoor swimming pool. Fantastic views of El Cotillo with amazing sunsets. This idyllic village is approx 1km away and has a superb range of bars and restaurants.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms 3 double and 1 single. All doubles have flat screen TV and DVD player and library of books and DVDs. Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has large walk-in bathroom with enormous shower and corner Jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 2 has large en suite bathroom. Further bathroom with large walk-in shower and bathroom for pool use.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with black granite work surfaces and centre island. Includes dishwasher large fridge and freezer. 5-ring gas hob and range of extras including toaster microwave coffee machine etc.

Utility Room: Washing machine sink and tumble dryer.

Living Rooms: Enormous open plan living room with chocolate brown leather sofas 42 inch flatscreen TV. Dining table with 6 chairs large sliding glass doors to patio area. Other: Indoor pool area with 8m x 4m. This is retained by 8 large sliding glass doors which can be opened to provide an outdoor feel if required.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Fully cleaned upon arrival with weekly and mid weekly changes if required.
